What is a Fiduciary?

How does a Fiduciary Agent differ from other Agents?

Specializing in clients turning 65+. We are independent agents who work for you not a bank, brokerage firm or insurance company. Providing objective advice without sales tactics or pressure to buy. Friendly client service available to you 7 days/week, 365 days/year.

We decide which insurance companies and policies to consider and analyze for our clients, based on our clients’ best interest, not the best interest of the agents, or the banks and firms those agents work for. If your agent or advisor cannot provide you with a written “Analysis & Recommendation” and say they are your fiduciary, in writing, with their signature, they are probably not acting as your fiduciary.
